Story
Hi there!
This is the second year of my involvement in the 4 Aussie Heroes Foundation annual bike ride around the Scenic Rim. Last year's ride was thoroughly enjoyable, and I'm gearing up again to make a difference by fundraising for a cause that's close to my heart.
I have great respect for those who serve in our defence forces and who work as first responders, and understand the physical and psychological challenges these individuals often face as a result of their service through my work as an Occupational Therapist.
I would appreciate any contribution, big or small. Donations made through this platform are secure and will be remitted directly through to the 4 Aussie Heroes Foundation.

4 Aussie Heroes Foundation Limited
Since formation in April 2016, the Foundation has continued on its journey in service of our military personnel and our first responders, who are or were subject to trauma on a regular basis, and who are now suffering and struggling with mental health issues particularly PTSD.
